FAQs

How long do I have to enroll?

Doors to enroll close on Feb 5th at midnight PST (Los Angeles) time. 

How do I join the live coaching sessions each week?

You will receive a link to register for each session, and instructions for how to join our weekly sessions in advance. The link to join each live session will also be in the relevant Module section on Podia. The platform for our sessions is GoToWebinar – available on every browser and the same platform you used for the free webinar. You will be able to submit questions via the 'Chat' function. You'll see our shared screen. These sessions will take place on Wednesdays at 4:30pm PST (Los Angeles time). You can use this link to find out the day and time in your zone.

What if I can’t make all of the coaching sessions?

If something comes up or you have to miss a live session, you can still watch the recorded session later, accessed via the course website. You can also send through any questions you have for the instructors at any time.

How exactly does this work?

  • Confirm payment choice and check out
  • Next, you'll receive an email confirming your enrollment 
  • Online Sessions will be held each week starting Feb 17 (dates above) followed by a 30 minute QA section for a total of 90 minutes.
  • Each session will focus on 1 of the 5 steps to build and launch your own virtual services.
  • You'll receive a homework assignment designed to guide you through the process of implementing what we've learned.
  • Each week, you'll receive reminder notifications of the live strategy session, as well as an email following the session time with the session replay
  • Plan to set aside 2.5 hours each week (including the live coaching calls) to prepare and engage with the assignments.   
  • If you have to miss some of the live sessions, no worries! You can still watch the recording later.  
  • AICI CEU students will need to watch every session and submit their planning worksheet to meet accreditation requirements
