Refund Policy Details
Any refund requests must be submitted in writing via email, no sooner than 6 months following your enrollment.
Refund requests will only be considered if you include your completed planning worksheets for each module to show that you have engaged with the program, and verified attendance to at least 2 of the live coaching sessions.
Upon your refund being issued, you will lose access & rights to use any and all course materials including the Virtual Style Guide Suite of templates, and the Ultimate Selfie Guide for Clients.
You will be required to sign a legal agreement stating your agreement not to use any of the course materials.
You’ll have a full year (12-months) to access your online course portal including training videos, planning sheets, and Bonus Templates.
During that time you can download / save a copy of your planning sheets, and Bonus Templates for Lifetime access.
After 1 year, you’ll have the option to subscribe to MOMENTUM for continued access to the full program portal on a monthly or annual basis.
You get to pick the time you want to commit, but it’s ideal to set aside at least 2 hours each week minimum to watch the training and engage with the planning sheets to implement the lesson.
The combination of guidance, examples and practical steps to implement will equip you with all the tools you need to take action whether you spend 2 or 5 hours on a module.
